Export coaching
Creating an international business plan with our client , one-on-one: for psps, this is a very rewarding part of our job. Over the past several years we have helped more than 150 SMEs develop such a plan through individual coaching. In this coaching process, we look at all the factors that can play a role in both selecting and serving an international market. The main focus is on formulating a good market entry strategy. In doing so, we of course take into account fiscal, legal, logistical, marketing and compliance-related aspects. This means that sometimes subject-matter experts must be brought in, to advise on potentially critical points. We have worked in a wide variety of sectors with a range of experience levels, from export beginners to passionate veterans. With over 20 years of experience, you can be sure you’re getting the right combination of speed and precision as we quickly create a robust internationalization plan. In many cases, psps is closely involved in the implementation as well. Note: many countries offer export subsidies, which may cover all or part of the costs of professional coaching in a new, international market

Trade missions & events
Since our foundation in 1999, we at psps have organized a number of trade missions each and every year. These have included outgoing and incoming trade missions to and from various countries, both in Europe and elsewhere. Some of the missions focus on specific sectors, while others are multi-sectoral. These ventures are often carried out on behalf of Dutch and foreign government organizations, but also on our own initiative. The goal is always to give participating companies and governments the opportunity to establish new business contacts and find their way in a new market: together – in a group – instead of alone, because that is when doors open that would otherwise remain closed. After more than 100 missions, psps knows exactly what it takes you can open those doors. We have already done this for thousands of businesses. The plans are in place, the CRM system is at our finger tips standing by: we are ready to go!
Why?
- 100+ successfully completed missions
- Excellent international references
- Well-versed in various sectors
- Adept at managing expectations
- Creating the perfect mix of collective (company visits) and individual (matchmaking) components
